Palm to focus only on WebOS, dropping Windows Mobile

With the new management and the new WebOS, Palm will be stopping the relationship with Microsoft soon.  Focusing only on one single platform – WebOS, the future devices by Palm will only support WebOS.

Jon Rubinstein just made it official during their financial results conference call:

Due to importance of webOS to our overall strategy, we’ve made the decision to dedicate all future develoment resources to the evolution of webOS. Which means that going forward, our roadmap will include only Palm webOS-based devices

So should we say goodbye to the Treo and Centro lines of products?
