HTC uploads four widgets to Android Market

HTC has started to upload some widgets to Android Market.  They are downable for free.  However, they are only for HTC Hero and Eris only.  That means they are only for Sense equipped devices.

The four widgets are:

Dice: Tap the dice first, and then simply shake your phone to “throw” the dice.

Today in History: In this widget, learn about significant events and famous people who were born or who died on this day in history. Tap a link to view the corresponding article on Wikipedia.

Tip Calculator: You can adjust the tip percentage and the number of people in the group before calculating.

Battery: Tap the widget to see more battery information.

They are small and “not-so-useful” widgets to me.  But let’s see whether there will be more widgets or programs from HTC in the future.
