ZiiLABS announces TRINITY – making StemCell computing one step closer to reality

ZiiLABS, the wholly owned subsidary of Creative Technology Limited (a Singapore owned multimedia hardware company), has announced TRINITY, a concept phone based on their StemCell Computing technology.

The heart of the phone is the ZMS-05 and ZMS-03 StemCell CPU from ZiiLABS which are highly optimized to run multimedia applications, with low power consumption and flexible processing power allocations.  The concept phone is capable of processing HD media of 1080i format.

• USB 2.0 Micro port for connectivity and charging

The concept phone is targetted at OEMs that are interested to test the StemCell Computing.  And if there is anybody adopting the technolgy, we will soon see media rich handsets and devices coming to the market soo.
