Google gets lot of complaints for Nexus One and HTC comes in to help

The original plan for Google was to support the Nexus One users directly.  However, since after Nexus One was released to users last week, there have been a large number of complaints to Google that the support from Google is simply not good.

The tranditional support channels from Google, like email, support forums and FAQs, can not satisfy users when they pay a large amount of money for the product.  Users are complaining not getting timely response from Google and sometimes, no “human” is responding to the issues.  That is pretty bad as Google is hoping the Nexus One to be THE Android phone.

And now, the manufacturer of the phone is stepping in to help.  HTC has publish a web page on their support site and opens its customer service to support the Google Nexus One.  And hopefully it will help Google out from the complaints.
