Acatel OT980 bring Palm Pre form factor to Android

Until now we have friend from France who is working to release an Android handset.  The OT980 from Acatel was spotted with a slide down keyboard similar to Palm Pre.  It runs Android 1.6 and it is an entry device with a relatively low specs (but from the video it looks quite responsive) and it will be priced lower than HTC Tattoo, according to the report.  And here are the specs and video:
