2 billion download mark with Apple App Store
What a number! 2 billion downloads. It took the App Store to have 1 billion apps to 1.5 billion apps in 3 months. And now, 1.5 billion to 2 billion in just 2 months plus. According to the press, Apple has now over 85,000 apps in the App Store. Apple owns the number one web store at the moment. Novell, the owner of mono project, has announced MonoTouch 1.0, a commercial SDK kit that allows developers to build iPhone apps using Microsoft’s .Net Framework. C64 Emulator Approved by Apple and Now Available
Manomio‘s Commodore 64 emulator [USD4.99] has finally been approved by Apple. It was first reported on the project back in June, after Manomio had received their first rejection from Apple. The rejection was particularly disappointing considering the efforts that Manomio had made in making sure their emulator fully licensed and legal. Read more with video link.
