It is official now.  Palm has just announced this in their blog.  Palm Pre is going to Spain on 14 October. Telefonica will be the exclusive carrier for Palm Pre in Spain, UK, Ireland and Germany.  Their customers can even get the Palm Pre for free with some plans. Palm announces the launch date of GSM version of Pre in Europe.  13 October in Germany and 16 October in UK and Ireland.  It will be sold exclusively by O2 in these countries.
