It’s Microsoft’s big day.  Windows Phone 7 is now officially launched.  It signifies a new start for Microsoft to re-enter into the Mobile device market to regain the losing market share. Yes, it is coming.  The Windows Phone 7 is finally coming on 11th of October. Steve Ballmer, together with AT&T and other vendors, will hold a press conference in New York for a big launch of Windows Phone 7.  And a London event is to be held on the same day as well.  So we will see the new mobile operating system and devices from manufacturers officially launched on that day. A Germany site destboz.de has images of the HTC Mondrian which said to be a upcoming Windows Phone 7 from HTC. The phone is rumoured to include a 4.3″ screen, 480×800 resolution, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and aGPS.  From the image, we can see it will come with the HTC hub service. However, nothing much I know at the moment.

According to Microsoft in ReMix event, Microsoft will be expecting 30 million sales of Windows Phone 7 by end of 2011. This seems to be an ambitious expectation.  What to you think? [via mobiletechworld]
