We knew that there were around 9,000 apps added to the Android market last month and now from an unofficial count from Androlib – the number of apps in Android Market has reached 50,000. It seems like the number of apps in Android Market has started to grow exponentially recently and it is for all Android users to celebrate.  More apps means more fun and more useful for the Android devices. Lenovo just announced that it is launching the LePhone in China. LePhone is an Android 2.1 powered smartphone that offers a 3.7″ AMOLED display. According to Lenovo’s chief operating officer, Rory Read, that Lenovo plans to target both enterprise and consumer customers and hopes to sell millions of phones during the next five years and “tens of millions,” after that.
