Accordingly to Wall Street Journal, Dell‘s mini 3i is just their first step to the mobile market.  And in fact, Dell is planning to setup a new mobile communications group to handle all mobile device business. Current consumer division head and former Motorola exec Ron Garriques will take charge of the new group.
