LG Monaco spotted, WinMo6.5 and Snapdragon, going to Telus

Monaco (IQ) is a new Windown Mobile phone by LG.  It is spotted in the wild with the tag of Telus, a Canadian operator. The phone was previously rumoured to come with Windows Mobile 7.  However, with the delay of WinMo 7, LG couldn’t wait and has to releease it with WinMO 6.5.
