Hey, are you waiting for the Android tablet, Motorola Xoom?  I am!  Here is the good news.  From a leak of Bestbuy document, the Motorola Xoom will be on schedule and will be available for order on 24th of February.  And this is just a few weeks to go from today.

The other piece of Android super phone to be available soon is the Thunderbolt from HTC, which is to be available on 17th of February, one week before the availability of Xoom.

So, let see we can get these two wonderful devices on time.

And here is a good news from Motorola:  The Xoom is expected to hit the market on 17th of February (although there might be a slip) and Atrix 4G to follow soon.  We will keep our fingers cross at the moment and set aside the budget to get these great next Android devices

And there is more.  During the launch, it will be a 3G device.  However, it will be upgradeable to 4G but doing some hardware change in Q2.  The sounds good.

It has a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 with power 10.1 inches screen. Other specs include a 1280 x 800 resolution, 5 megapixel camera, 720p video recording and 1080p video playback, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and finally, a healthy 32GB of onboard storage. The battery is rated to be capable of supporting 10 hours of video.

Quite good, isn’t it?  But wait, there are many Android tablets coming at the same time and you might want to compare them before you spend your money.

The Droid X has a big form factor – a huge 4.4″ screen with may be 854×480 resolution.  It comes with a new Motoblur skin and 8 mega pixel camera which is capable of recording 720p video.  And it comes with a multi-touch keyboard!  Performance wise, there is no noticeable lag with its 1Ghz OMAP CPU.

Wow, it looks like a phone to get if you don’t mind the size of the phone.

The Flipout will run Android 2.1 with Motoblur. The other rumored specs: 700MHz processor, 2.8-inch display, and a 3.1 megapixel camera pit the Flipout as a decidedly mid-level device.

It is expected to his US and Japan soon.
