HP announces Pre 2 and WebOS 2

HP has announced its next generation WebOS 2 and the Pre 2 device. Palm Mansion coming with 800×480 and no keyboard?

People found the product code P102 code in recent Palm’s SDK and according to a tipster for precentral, a product with code name Mansion will be coming soon.  Could this be P102? HP buys Palm for 1.2 billions

Palm project Ares hit 1.0

The web based development platform – Project Ares – from Palm for WebOS application development is out of beta now.  It is labelled as 1.0 at the moment. Palm is up for sales

Although this may not be a big surprise to many of you, it is still a surprise because Palm CEO Jon Rubinstein has been advocating that Palm has plans to return to profitability. Palm Pre Plus is a multitasking workhorse, 50 apps opened at the same time

A recent multitasking test from Precentral.net has shown the upcoming Palm Pre Plus (with more RAM than the original Palm Pre) is capable of openning 50 applications at the same time.  And this is amazing if you compare to iPhone, and even multitasking capable devices like Windows Mobile devices and Android handsets.
