HTC Smart – a new “smartphone” for the masses

HTC had just announced a new smartphone (or dump phone?) for the masses – the HTC Smart. This is the first HTC phone that does not use any smartphone OS from the market like Windows Mobile and Android.  In fact, it is based on Brew Mobile Platform from Qualcomm.
